Philosophy is covered under a broad range of call numbers from B 1 to BD 700 and can also be found in other places throughout the library. In the "B" section, the material is arranged by philosopher, school of thought and region. In the BC and BD sections, material is arranged by topic such as logic, metaphysics, ontology, etc. It is best to start out with a keyword search and then once you have found a couple of relevant books to try a subject heading search, then try shelf browsing.
